Counselling Precautions during COVID19

We are taking all necessary precautions to keep you and your family safe during your visit to The Mind Unchained Psychological Counselling. The following safety measures are being taken:

Vaccination: Our staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Masks: It is compulsory for you to wear a face mask while you visit The Mind Unchained Psychological Counselling. Otherwise, we'll provide you with a generic face mask at an additional cost.

Hand Sanitization: We'll provide you with 70% alcohol-based Hand Sanitizer before you enter the premises.

Limited Admission: Only one person will be allowed to accompany the client in the therapy room.

Staff Protection: Your therapist will wear aprons, mask and Head Cap during therapy. All staff are required to wear the same during admission & sanitization.

Premises Sanitization: We sanitize the premises, contact surfaces and furniture with 70% IPA or 1% sodium hypochlorite.
